Q: A person who is a car salesmen, sells cars. People at time buy it using loans. I am not to sure about the details but if there is any interest involved buy them or I need to write it down etc, will this make this impermissible?
A: You should not be a party to the interest in any way. You should show the car and let him arrange the finance by himself.

Q: If I show the car he arranges the finance and I draw up the contract that I need to give to my boss, which has his details. Is there anything wrong in this?
A: If the wording of the contract does not entail any haraam then this is permissible.

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنَّمَا الْخَمْرُ وَالْمَيْسِرُ وَالْأَنصَابُ وَالْأَزْلَامُ رِجْسٌ مِّنْ عَمَلِ الشَّيْطَانِ فَاجْتَنِبُوهُ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ ﴿المائدة: ٩٠﴾
وَتَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْبِرِّ وَالتَّقْوَىٰ ۖ وَلَا تَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْإِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ ۚ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّـهَ ۖإِنَّ اللَّـهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ ﴿المائدة:2﴾
