Are these my psychological problems or do they have some spiritual basis?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Askimam.org

I am around 16 years old. From around 2 months, I have been facing many problems. I am feeling lonely, depressed, confused, irritated, disturbed, etc. These increase during college hours. I feel like crying and running away to home. At home, I somewhat get relief. But, again during college hours, these come back.

Are these my psychological problems or do they have some spiritual basis?

I consulted an Alim and he said that it is because of an evil eye.

Please give the proper solution and procedure for it.
