If you have done bayaat and you miss one of the four tasbeehs or a surah e.g. surah Waqiah then do you have to do qadha or something to cover that?

No, you don’t. qadha is compulsory for any fardh act. For other acts it could be desirable to stay punctual, but not compulsory.
