Do Hadith scholars rate Imam Muhammad highly, and did Imam Yahya bin Mueen ever call him a ‘Kazzab’?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Assalamo Alikum wr wb A Ahle Hadith scholar in Pakistan whose name is Abu Tahir Zubair Ali Za’i quite often calls Imam Muhammad the student of Imam Abu Hanifa as ‘Kazzab’ (Liar)and writes ‘Kazzab (Liar) according to Ibn Mueen’. I want to ask, what the scholars of Hadith say about Imam Muhammad, how they rate him and did Imam Yahya bin Mueen (i think he referred to him) ever say such a thing which the above mentioned person has said. Please quote the views of Scholars of Hadith about Imam Muhammad with references and Arabic wording. I’ll be indebted indeed. Allah will reward you. looking for reply.

Imam Yahya Maeen was the disciple of Hadhrat Imam Muhammad; he narrated Jamey Saghir from Imam Muhammad. So obviously, no disciple can write such a sentence for his teacher. If you want more details you should study the preface of Elaaus Sunan in which the fact was disclosed with the references of many books:

وقال الدوري عن ابن معین: کتبت الجامع الصغیر عن محمد بن الحسن (علاء السنن، مقدمۃ 209)
