AS-SALAM- WALIKUM 1—if a husban divorce his wife ie triple talaq in word on phone & if wife say was in maenses[periods] thn talaq acsepted or no 2–LATER IF HUSBAN SEND COPY OF DIVORCE OF TRIPLE TALAQ AFTR 5 DAYS THN DIVORCE IS ACSEPTD OR NO IN THIS CONDITIONS. If the husband confesses then the three talaqs pronounced on phone took place. Being in menstruation period does not prevent talaq from taking place. When talaq is pronounced there is no need to give it in writing. A later written talaq may serve as proof in case of necessity.
