Dear Mufti Saheb! What is the cmmandment of Shariya if any person performs Witr salah before Isha whether it is valid or not? If not give the resason why. Wassalam Yours Sincerely!
Answer:
(Fatwa: 204/149=H/1429)
It is not valid, the salah will not be acceptable; since it is wajib to maintain the order i.e. first the fardh of isha then witr.
