Asslamualikum, I want to seek your kind advise in the light of what shriya says that in my area masjid,the masjid is using all the light without paying its bill and some days before the light meter was disconnected due to not paying the light bills and masjid members using the light directly from poll and just now the members of masjid installed the A/C. Please let us know can we offer the namaz in that masjid.

You can perform salah in the mosque, the salah will be valid. But, you should tell the trustees and custodian of the mosque that electricity theft is unlawful and haram. The entire bill of electricity used illegally should be paid and in future the electricity should be used in lawful way, otherwise they will be responsible for the sins.
