Is it allowed to utter 1st kalma lowdly immediately after FARZ NAMAZ as is done in some masajid in Pakistan. Kindly also clarify the logic they have for this act. I find it very inconvenient if I join the namaz late and have to complete my farz namaz.

We do not find the proofs of reciting First Kalimah just after salah loudly in the books of hadith and Fiqh; hence you would better ask them why they read it.
