Assalam o alekum,mera sawal yeh hai ki kisi ne mujhse kareeb 3 lakhs rupees liye the kareeb 4 saal pehle ab tak paise nahi wapis karey jab bhi mein paise maang ta hoon woh kehte hein ki unki maali haalaat theek nahi hai,lekin abhi 2 months k baad woh apne bete ki shaadi karrahen hai,to mein yeh poochna chahta hoon ki kya mein apna paisa nikalwane k liye unke sath kanooni karyawahi kar sakta hoon…plz reply me thank you very much jazalallah…

If the debtor is delaying to pay the debt for no reason then you are allowed to resort to legal action.
