Salafies claim that deobandhis do not consider whole Quran sharif as a speech of Allah the allmighty. What do they mean that? Please expalin.

You should ask its explanation from the salafis that what they mean by this. We people of Deoband ?by the grace of Allah- believe in complete Quran as the words of Allah.
