I am bit confused in this matter. i came to know from so many muslims brothers that we should not say yazid raziallah hoo tala umhoo.please let me know he is sahabi or not?

Yazeed is not a sahabi (companion of the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم):
یزید بن معاویۃ بن ابی سفیان ولد فی خلافۃ عثمان (تھذیب التھذیب: 11/314)
