My question is that is it allowed to wear a taveez if yes kindly tell me we are entering in bathroom and wash room along with that taveez is not it a sin. Please clearify.

(Fatwa: 783/708=D/1429)
It is allowed to wear taweez of Quranic verses and Duas mentioned in Hadith. If it is sewn in cloth and packed with wax, then one can go to bathroom or washroom while wearing it.
