Respected Mufti sb, Assalam-O-Elaikom I am serving in private organisation some 50km from city.There are more then 300 employes in our organisation.A Masjid is built by the adminstration which has capacity of about 400 nimazis.Due to some reasons, adminstration does not allow employees to go out for Salatul Jumah.Also ,for security reasons adminstration does not allow outsiders to come and offer jumah in project masjid.Therefore a very large numbers of employees donot offer Salatul Jumah. Hazrat Mufti sb, Pl. guide us that is it correct to leave Jumah prayer under these circumstances? Some of our friends says that it is not advisible to shed a Farz permanantly.

If this organization is located in a city, town or a big village with market like a town, then pray Juma salah in the same mosque. But, if it is situated in a village where Juma is not allowed then pray Zuhr salah with jamat in the same mosque. It is not necessary to go to city in order to perform Juma.
