Can we donate the sum of the Bank’s interest to construct the toilet or bathroom in the Mosque? Please give me appropriate answer.

No. It is unlawful to use interest amount of bank in construction of toilets and bathrooms for a mosque. Such interest money should only be distributed among needy and destitute people without any intention of reward, as it is mentioned in Shami:
سبیل الکسب الخبیث التصدق اذا تعذر الرد علی صاحبہ الخ
