Can a student studying medecine, buy a real skull for studying purpose only? (it is sold on the market)

It in not allowed to sell or purchase the skull of human being or any of his/her part either for study or for any purpose:
قال فی الھدایۃ: ولایجوز بیع شعور الانسان والانتفاع بہ لان الآدمی مکرم لا بمبتذل فلا یجوز ان یکون شئ من اجزائہ مھانا منتذلاً (ھدایۃ: 2/55)
