dear sir i had a dream in which i saw that i have done istanja in my bed and i get up and go to my bathroom to wash my self and see that even my bathroom is very dirty.i am a very very clean person but this dream has caused me immense stress please help

Becoming stressed by dream is useless. The dream means that in comparison to the boons of the Jannah the cleanest of things in the world are very dirty. It is a good dream, you attention has been specially diverted by it to islah (rectifying) of yourself.
