Question:

If a person intends to spend 20 days in a small country like Barbados but 10 days in 2 different cities, will he become a Musafir? Is this the same as the masala when someone goes to Makkah and Mina? (Bearing in mind a muqeem in Barbados can never become a Musafir

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Answer:

In this case, the person will remain a musafir, this is due to the fact that for a person to become a muqeen they will have to make the intention to stay at one place for 15 days.1

Only Allah knows best
