Can we pray zuhr and asr kaza at 4 rakaats together

If one has missed zuhr and asr prayer kaza in the same day. Can we combine the kaza prayers for these two into just 4 rakats with niyyah of praying kazah for both?
One can’t make an intention for two prayers and pray one only. You have to make up zuhar separately and asr separately and also make their intentions separately as well.
