What is the recommended procedure for performing Fajr prayer during cold weather and aetelam?

As salamo alaiku wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh.If there is too cold,and during the night if there is aetelam,then what to do for the fajr namaz?

Answer

(Fatwa: 49/39/H=1432)

Perform ghusl with hot water and offer Fajr salah with jama’ah.

Allah (Subhana Wa Ta’ala) knows Best
