assalamalekum hazrat, i’m student in foreign,and got married in 2006,i dont want to get marry that time because i’m student living out of my country and my parents force me to do nikah and i did it.every year i have three month holiday in that time i can see my wife and stay with her,two year ago i got some bad news about her character.i loose my control and fight with my wife due to her act.after that i told to my father please send her with me.due to money problem my father didn’t send her with me and i back to my college.after that i fight regular with my wife on phone .15th of september,2009 again i fight with her and i told to her i want to give her talaq .she told me that ok…i was so much angry and i said talaq ,talaq ,talaq on phone.after that i called to my father and my brother about my act.so they became angry with me ofcourse i had done major sin.please tell me about it is consider as a talaq or not on phone..these conversation happaned on phone . please tell me i need to her back,i’m in so much depression,,please help me thanks

If you have given three talaqs to your wife on phone, she was divorced with three ones and became haram for you with mughallazah bayinah talaq, now it will be haram for you to marry her without a valid halalah.
