I am working in a MNC company who provide me the phone allowance 200 riyal for each month but after the completion of the month I have some amount remaining in my account. Is this amount halal or haram for me to use on myself?
Answer:
(Fatwa: 1788/1260/L=1432)
If the said company gives it to you without the condition of return in case the money remains, then whatever amount remains after passage of the month, it shall be lawful for you to use.
