Question:
What is meant by “The default assumption with anything that breaks your wudu (Hadath) is that it happened at the earliest possible moment”? If a person has a problem where if he sits for some time something can appear inside the penis head, walked for 10 mins to the Mosque, prayed and walked back, then at home checks and sees wetness outside, does he assume the prayer is sound? What if, during the prayer, he had a feeling but doesn’t know if something came out?Answer:
I pray this finds you in the best of states.
The statement you are asking about has been beautifully explained by Shaykh Abdul-Rahim Reasat in a previous answer:

As for feelings during the prayer that bestow simply doubts, they should be ignored because “Certainty is not lifted by a doubt.”[Ibn Nujaym, al-Ashbah wa’l Nadha’ir, and Majallat al-Ahkam al-`Adiliyya]
