Question:

Assalamu alaikum,
I am going to get dental implants part of the procedure may require a bone graft, the bone however is derived from  bone donors ( dead people). Is this permissible?

Answer:

WaAlaikum As Salaam,

No, it is not permissible to do the procedure while using bone derived from bone donors.
