Is taking money from a Provident Fund mandatory for Hajj if you have no cash or property?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I would like to perform Hajj. But I have no money in cash and property. I am a college teacher and I have a Provident Fund. I can take some money for Hajj from that fund. Is it mandatory for me to take money from that fund for Hajj.

(Fatwa: 490/441/SD=06/1440)

If you are authorized to withdraw money from your PF and you have as much amount in your PF which can fulfill the expenses of Hajj along with your necessities of life then it is fardh on you to withdraw the amount from your PF and perform hajj.
