How can I become an IES officer despite giving 100% effort and praying daily?

I want to become an IES officer from the past two years I am trying hard at least to qualify, I am not getting qualified .i am giving my effort 100% but I am not up to the mark. I do pray daily 3 times and in the morning I read surah Baqarah. Please show me the way.

Pray five times salah regularly and supplicate Allah wholeheartedly, in-shaAllah, you shall achieve your goal.
