My Question is that in our Masjid’s premises out side the mosque there is a underground septic tank of masjid’s washroom and wudhu-khana this piece of land is waqf for masjid by my family can we perform salah on this septic tank by building another Farsh (Laying Marble etc). Is it permissible? Kindly reply as soon as possible.

(Fatwa: 1144/1069/M=9/1439)
The said piece of land which your family endowed for the mosque it became waqf and came out of your ownership. Another floor may be erected on this septic tank and salah may be offered on it but that part shall be deemed to be out of the mosque.
