Q: If a female offers her qiraat silently in salaah but does it in a whispering way, is her salaah valid?
A: If she recites in her mind without moving her lips, the salaah will not be valid. However, if she recites with moving her lips, the salaah will be valid.
And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
