Will a masbooq receive the reward of jamaat salaah?

Q: If I miss one or two rakats of jamaat salaah, will I get the reward of jamaat salaah? Till what stage of salaah if one joins will he get the reward of jamaat? 

Bismillaah

A: If he gets the jamaat, he will receive the reward of jamaat.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
