Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: We are 3 brothers and 1 sister (all are married). The question is, what would be sharing if our parents have pass away?

Bismillaah

A: If the deceased only left behind 3 sons and 1 daughter then the estate will be divided into 7 equal shares and distributed as follows:

Each son receives 2 shares

Daughter receives 1 share

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
