Urdu translation for “Allah Ta’ala is the best of planners”

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: In the Quran (3:54) it is said that Allah is the best of planners. Is it appropriate to use the urdu word ‘makkaar’ in the case of ‘planner’ or is it attributing a bad quality to Allah?

Bismillaah

A: No. Use the word tadbeer. The Arabic word ‘makr’ is translated as ‘tadbeer’ in Urdu.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
