After slaughtering the animal some blood is found stuck on the neck of the animal. Is it wajib to wash of the blood before eating the meat of the neck or can it be cooked and eaten as it is.

Yes, it is necessary to wash the meat of the neck before eating it. It is lawful to cook and eat it. (Bahishti Zewar vol. 9, p. 106)
