Merely due to doubt, you need not do anything and continue your salah. However when you complete the salah then check it. If really you find urine drop then make fresh wudhu and offer your salah again.
(2) Passing wind breaks wudhu whether it passes slowly or loudly. Yes, when you are sure that the wind has passed or you feel it to the extent of dominant probability then immediately break your salah and make fresh wudhu and offer the salah. If you have only the doubt of passing the wind then you need not pay any attention to it.
Allah knows Best!
