Do I need to do sajdah sahv if I recite durood in 3rd Rakah tashahhud?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
If i join the jamah prayer in the middle (say 3rd Rakah), and unknowingly I recite durood in tashahhud whether I need to do sajdah sahv in the last tashahhud while completing my remaining rakah?

(Fatwa: 551/551/SD=07/1437)

If someone joins imam in the third rakah, it is mustahab for him to recite al-tahiyat in the last qadah in such a speed that he finishes it till imam turns his head for salam. If al-tahiyat is finished earlier then he should start reciting it again or keep quiet. It is not necessary for him to recite durood and dua etc, but if he recites, it shall have no adverse effect on his salah. Hence in the question mentioned above if the said person recites durood after tashahhud in the last qadah then no sajdah sahv shall be wajib on him due to it.
