Salam. Is it haram to tell someone there beliefs are wrong?

Basing their wrongness on the contradiction of either Quran/Hadith.

If one is certain that a person’s beliefs are contrary to Shari?ah, he should apply wisdom and diplomacy in rectifying the incorrect belief.
