I said to my wife that if you make a phone call to your brother then go to your brother and live there with him. I had no intention of divorce. Will divorce occur in case my wife makes a phone call to his brother? If divorce occurs then what will be the ruling for first, second and third call.

“If you make a phone call to your brother then go to your brother and live there with him” if you said the same word then no talaq took place.
However, if you could not write any word or sentence or you said any word of talaq after or before this regarding talaq then submit your query again.
