I referred few Islamic name websites and named my girl baby as Aisha Manha. In those sites Manha was referred as “Allah’s Gift”. Is it right meaning? Please advise, if the name is proper.

As per the Arabic dictionary Minha (منحۃ) means gift, present and boon. It does not mean especially the gift of Allah but if you mean it is allowable. Thus Ayesha Minha name is correct. You can keep this name.
