Pls advice me can i keep my sons name as: Arshaan (persian name), Arhaan, Arhaam and arham. Are these name islamically valid?

These names are not right; instead you should name Raihan, Safwan, Affan, Inam, Zishan, Ikram. These are good and desirable names, and they are on the pattern of those names you mentioned.
