Triple Talaq with Full Name: Irrevocable or Not?

Q: If the husband gives three talaaqs to his wife taking her full name each time in one go like xyz I give you talaq and repeats it 3 times, is the talaq irrevocable? Then after a month later he repeats the same gives talaq another 2 times in one go taking her full name. Also to mention one talaq was given many years back as well but they had ruju. Whats the status of the marriage?
