Q: I am a mazoor suffering from urine incontinence. I keep tissue paper all the time in my underwear. Now I am suffering from anal fissure. Because of it, some pus comes out from the anal passage every time, so I am unable to keep wudhu and maintain my purity? I am already keeping tissue for incontinence of urine. I am really worried and leaving prayers. Please make an easy way for me.
A: The law of a ma’zoor will apply to this excuse as well. The law of a ma’zoor is as follows:
If the area is soiled with pus or the pus comes out so frequently that it is not possible for you to perform your fardh Salaah without the pus coming out, then this will qualify you as a ma’zoor in regard to this excuse. Thereafter if the pus comes out once in every Salaah time, you will remain a ma’zoor.
