بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم (Fatwa: 1015/895=L/1429)   Recite the Four Quls (Surah Al-Kafiroon, Al-IKhlas, Al-Falaq and Al-Naas) with Ayatul Kursi etc while going to bed.
