Islamic Ruling on Giving Zakah to a Poor Person to Help him Make a Living

Is it permissible to give Zakah to a person to open a business and turn, in the future, to a giver of Zakah instead of a receiver?

Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allah the Lord of the Worlds. May Allah`s peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Mohammad and upon all his family and companions.

Yes, it is permissible because the aim behind giving Zakah to the poor is enabling him to spend on himself, his family and others. And Allah the Almighty knows best.
