How do I deal with the constant emission of preseminal (pre-ejaculatory) fluid?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful and Compassionate
If you are sure that the substance is pre-ejaculatory fluid and you do not recall having a dream of a sexual nature – the ritual bath is not obligatory on you. However, if you do recall a dream of sexual nature, the ritual bath is then obligatory on you. [Ala’ al-Din Abidin, al-Hadiyya al-`Ala’iyya]

مع تذكر الإحتلام في الأوجه الستة … ولا فيما إذا علم أنه مذي مع عدم تذكر الإحتلام
