Are Muslim women allowed to attend keep-fit classes with music for fitness purposes only?

assalamualaikum,
i just wanted to know whether muslim ladies r allowed
to attend keep- fit classes where they have to work to music, even
if the sole purpose is only to keep -fit with no intention to listen to music.

It would not be permissible for a women to attend to keep-fit classes accompanied by music.

Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Álayhi Wasallam) mentioned, ‘When singing girls and musical instruments becomes common, wait for red winds, earthquakes, the earth swallowing people, disfiguring and many more punishments.’ (Mishkãt 470)

One can always find an alternative class whereby music is not played in the background or organise classes oneself.
