Q: A person has an en-suite setup which includes an open plan toilet, sink and a shower cubicle.
1) Can he recite the duas for wudhu when making wudhu in the sink in this en-suite?
2) Will there be a difference in the answer above if the toilet is western pan as opposed to an eastern pan?
A:
1. If the toilet is close to the sink, then he should refrain from reciting the duas.
2. As above.
