Non-Muslims visiting Makka Shareef and Madina Shareef

Q: Why are non muslims not allowed to visit Makkah and Madinah which is a holy place of Islam?

A: If the non-Muslim wishes to visit these Mubaarak places, then he should sincerely embrace Islam and he will be able to visit these places.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
