Q: Allah Ta’ala says he created man in perfect form, so what about disabled people?

A: Fee ahsani taqweem – the best of moulds does not refer to perfection. It refers to the best in comparison with other creations, and here man refers to the species and not a particular person.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
