Q: I don’t like Urdu language. So is it Kufr or Gunaah? please tell me.
A: This does not amount to kufr or a ghunna. However, if you do not wish to learn or speak Urdu, there is no problem. However, this should not cause you to dislike the language. The Urdu language is presently the closest language to Deen after the Arabic language.
And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
