When is a sale definitive and concluded?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: When is the contract (transaction) between a buyer and seller definitive?

Bismillaah

A: The sale is definitive and concluded when both have consented. There are other conditions that may be related to this. This is just the major principle that governs business dealings.
