Fasting all 3 days of Aashuraa

Q: Is it permissible to keep fast on the 3 days of Aashura (8th/9th/10th of Muharam)?

Bismillaah

A: The sunnat is only to keep 2 fasts, the 9th and 10th or the 10th and 11th.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
