Q: If the governtment doesn’t allow tution and someone makes money out of tution, then is the money haram or not?

Bismillaah

A: The government does not decide what is halaal and haraam. The money received from the tuition is not haraam.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
